Self-Storage April 2008 Metro Self-Storage, San Francisco,
CA
Inspired by Buckminster Fuller’s self-archiving system known as
the Dymaxion Chronofile; artists, institutions, and archives have been
invited to contribute to a standard box. The boxes will be accessible
in a self-storage unit fashioned as a special collections library complete
with librarian, card catalogue, and a viewing room. The exhibition is
part of the final degree requirement for the MA in Curatorial Practice.
